COM2 Computer Recycling
Azure engineered a process for recycling CRT glass, opening up a new niche market for a traditionally hard-to-recycle material. The state-of-the-art processes include grinding, cleaning, and blending CRT glass with different minerals to produce FRIT for glass tiles, using pulverizers, loss-of-weight feeders, and continuous paddle mixers. Azure provided the design, engineering, and installation of the complete CRT recycling facility.
Haiti, 2012
Thread International
Azure provided technical expertise to Thread International’s partner network, enabling them to produce a high-quality post-consumer plastic material for textile manufacturing. Thread has collaborated with companies such as Aerie, Reebok, and Timberland to produce sustainable garments while creating economic opportunity in Haiti by collecting and processing materials locally

WM Recycle America Alliance
We provided a turnkey system for bulk-shopping dirty HDPE and PET flakes, eliminating the use of typical gaylord boxes for shipping unwashed PET flakes. In addition to complete design and engineering services for the system, we designed the layout of the plant and equipment, helped select the equipment, and provided a custom trailer design.

IMER
Azure provided design, engineering, and project management for a 25,000 tons per year, bottle-to-bottle PET recycling plant for IMER - a joint venture between Coca-Cola Mexico, FEMSA, and ALPLA.
New Hampshire, 2003
New Frontier Industries
